Pacific City is more than just a shopping center. Located on Pacific Coast Highway, this oceanfront destination offers retail shopping overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Stop in to H&M to pick up some new pieces, but also grab a cocktail at The Bungalow or an ice cream at Lot 579. Located just less than .5 miles from the Huntington Beach pier, you are only a quick walk away from your next great find. Pacific City in Huntington Beach is a great place to stop in, spend some money, and try different eateries with a view.
1. The Shopping Is Amazing
This shopping center has it all: wellness centers, nail shops, restaurants, and stores. With a two-story Urban Outfitters and several different restaurants to choose from, Pacific City can keep you busy for hours.
While stopping into each store, I wanted to spend money on almost everything. One of my favorite stores I stopped in was Francesca’s, where I splurged on a headband, purse, and phone case. I also enjoyed Urban Outfitters, Free People, Brandy Melville and West of Camden.

2. The Restaurants Are Unbeatable
Pacific City also boasts some of the best restaurants in Huntington Beach. With The Bungalow, Bluegold, and Ola Mexican, to name a few, you have your choice in dining. If you are looking for a different style of dining, try out the new Lot 579, a modern take on food halls.
Philz Coffee

After walking past Philz Coffee in Pacific City, I saw a bustling of people with coffees in hand. Several people I talked to spoke highly of the iced mochas and lattes. I did not have a chance to stop in Philz and wish I had tried it out. There were several food and drink items on the menu and even make off-menu drinks (within reason, of course!).

Bluegold
When we made a reservation for the Bluegold in Huntington Beach, I wanted to ensure I got a beach view. Since we arrived right when the restaurant opened, we were able to pick our table. There is not a bad seat in the house when this view is beside you.

Located on the second story in Pacific City, Bluegold is prime location for beach-goers. This restaurant is very much a beach vibe. With wall to wall windows of waterfront views, you are constantly reminded of the beach. Bluegold also offers a bar area which was fun for our group looking to have a cocktail and some bites. There is also an outdoor patio that looks out over Pacific City.

The Bungalow
This restaurant emulates a remodeled house from earlier times. AKA, a bungalow. When you walk in, you are met with the smell of rich leather and vintage décor. Wooden beams line the ceilings and leather chairs welcome visitors. There is a main bar inside the home before walking onto the patio.
Outside, overlooking Huntington Beach, is a bar complete with couches, fire pits and heaters. String lights twinkle overhead as you are transported into an oasis. The patio overlooks Pacific Coast Highway and the Pacific Ocean. Palm trees line the surroundings and the relaxing oasis
